Doctor House has a different approach from other doctors. A trial and error. A risk-taking and impulsive personality. He sees patients only as a case and avoids making attachments to patients. The heart rhythm drawn in red becomes a static line after the silhouette of Doctor House. It could be something, but the big question mark we're seeing is a question for Doctor House to resolve, and there's something to be learned from every case. The intersecting lines represent the stages of inquiry and patient analysis that evolve through brainstorming and patients' stories.
